PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: Clients may pay for their purchases by: (i) personal check, (ii) certified bank check, (iii) wire transfer, (iv) POSTAL money order, or (v) credit card (Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). However, NO THIRD PARTY CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT. In addition, NO C.O.D. (cash on delivery) ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED.
1. All personal checks, certified checks, and money orders must be received by us and clear the Client's bank prior to shipment, and therefore delay shipping an additional ten (10) business days. Note: Postal Money Orders are strongly recommended, as they are equal to cash and therefore do not delay your shipping date.
2. Prior to honoring credit card orders, we verify every Client's address submitted on our order form with his or her bank's credit card record. If the name, address, and telephone number entered on the order form does not match the client's credit card record, we must decline the order. Credit card charges will appear on the Client's statement as The Discount Gold Exchange (TM). Credit card charges are preapproved on the order date and processed on the day the Client's order is shipped.
3. Clients selecting to pay by personal check, bank certified check, wire transfer, or money order, are requested to call us at 1-800-634-0930 to ensure that all charges have been calculated correctly prior to mailing their payment.

PLACING YOUR ORDER: To process an order at The Discount Gold Exchange (TM) follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the "Selections" button on the top of any page.
2. Click on the desired Item Category listed as "bulleted text" on the Selections page.
3. From the "Category" page select an item and click on "Extended View" or Pricing & Ordering depending on your level of interest.
4. To Order, click on the "Pricing and Ordering" bulleted text to the right of the item picture on the "Category" page.
5. Make note of the desired item's number, millimeter size, and length, available from the "Weight and Price" chart
6. Find the desired millimeter size at the bottom of the "Item" page and click on the bulleted text.

7. Scroll down the "Catalog" page until you find the desired length (located in the upper left hand corner of each item listing.
8. Enter the quantity desired in the shopping cart window, and click on the "Shopping Cart" button.
9. Verify that you have selected the correct items, and proceed by either clicking the "Checkout" or "Continue Shopping" buttons. (Note: Continue shopping will return you to the category list from which you selected an item, or to return to the main "Selections" page click on the labelled button at the top or botton of each catalog page.)

10. If you proceed to "Checkout," fill in the billing information and shipping information (if left blank we assume the billing and shipping addresses are the same).
11. Please note that if you wish to receive an E-Mail receipt, you must provide us with a valid E-Mail address on the order form.
12. Gift card messages must also be indicated in the comment section of the order form.
13. Verify that the ordering information that you have provided us with is correct, and click on the "Submit" button.
