ARBITRATION DATE SET FOR JULY 13

 

Local 640 and NECA have agreed to enlist the services of Richard Bloch as the arbitrator for our deadlocked negotiations.  Mr. Bloch comes with extensive experience in adjudicating labor-management issues and will be able to give a fair decision on the wage issue at hand.  The arbitration hearing is set for July 13 in downtown Phoenix.  Once the hearing is concluded, we will be seeking a decision in as short of a time frame as possible.  I'll keep you up to date as we know more.
