Hello Brothers and Sisters.  The Arbitration hearing between Local 640 and NECA took place on July 13 at the law offices of Quarles and Brady in downtown Phoenix.  Both sides presented their arguments in part, but were unable to finish the hearing on the first day.  Arbitrator Richard Bloch was able to schedule a continuation of the hearing on Wednesday, July 15 at the PEJATC.  I will keep you updated as things progress.
