Coaching, based on our Diagnosis and Analysis of Client Tactical Operations, we tailor specific coaching solutions based on the EM Consulting trademarked (ART OF ALIGNMENT) model for individuals or work teams missing performance targets. Coaching can be incrementally delivered to Supervisors and Management in entire work areas or departments. After initial set-up, a coaching relationship can be maintained with client companies either remotely, or at the client site.
