From Interstate 77 North – Exit 25 – Turn right at light onto Sam Furr Rd.- At the third light turn left onto Birkdale Commons Parkway. Take the next right into Birkdale Commons and proceed to the end of the road to The Fitness Center at Birkdale. Life Roots is located inside the Fitness Center.
From Interstate 77 South – Exit 25 – Turn left onto Sam Furr Rd. – At the fourth light turn left onto Birkdale Commons Parkway. Take the next right into Birkdale Commons and proceed to the end of the road to The Fitness Center at Birkdale. Life Roots is located inside the Fitness Center.

While we certainly understand that your plans can change, the treatment session is reserved for you. Kindly give a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged.
Insurance Policy
We will gladly provide a health insurance claim form that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not accept third party payments.
