The difference between truth and religion
Truth is knowledge from God. Religion has elements that are man made ideas.
Truth is perfect and reflects the perfection of God. Religion has some error.
Truth always works. Religion works part of the time only because it has some elements of truth. The part that works is truth.
Truth is the foundation to every subject. Religion addresses some subjects with truth but can't put it all together because it lacks continuity with all of life's subjects.
Truth magnifies the power of God. Religion magnifies the weakness of men.
Truth emphasizes the correct operation of free will. Religion does everything it can to control you.
Truth comes from knowing how the Bible fits together with the perfection of God without contradiction. It also fits into the entire master plan of life without contradiction so all who know it can apply it to any realm and every realm of life and be successful everywhere. Religion seeks to protect and maintain it's own denominational beliefs and is not open to any more.
Truth is a way of a Father with his children.
Truth has an unlimited supply of resources from God. Religion has man made limitations and is in fact, a broken cistern.
Jeremiah 2:13 For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
