Barbara
and Wes Rhoades have spent over thirty years working together to make
life more enjoyable for their customers and clients. A successful
twelve years as the owner-operators of three Perkins Family Restaurants
in Boise, ending in 1989, served as a great training ground for their
real estate careers. They know that THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST!

knowledgeable about McCall area real estate than Barbara and Wes, nor
more willing to share that knowledge with YOU. They feel every client
is special and deserves more service than one Realtor alone could
possibly provide. This commitment, together with dedication and hard
work, has made them consistent multi-million dollar producers and
garnered them many regional awards as well as the respect of fellow
Realtors. Wes holds a Masters Degree in Guidance Counseling, an
Associate Brokers license, the GRI designation, and has been twice
elected to serve as President of the Mountain Central Association of
Realtors. In addition to her personal real estate activities, Barbara
coordinates a weekly tour of new listings for the Multiple Listing
Service and volunteers for several church and civic projects. Wes and
Barb own half interest in the Mountain Lakes Realty Company and,
together with son Marc Rhoades, are known as "McCall's Real Estate
Team."
