- Are trained in early childhood education or a related field and teaching experience.
- Have the opportunity to continue their early childhood education receiving assistance from the 4 C’s and ABC Academy. The center participates in the T.E.A.C.H. program, co-paying the cost of tuition, books and providing paid time off for staff to attend classes in early childhood education.
- Attend monthly training workshops on various early education topics.
- Have current first aid and CPR certificates.
- Develop a partnership with parents in caring for and teaching their children.
