2007-11-30 2006-9-9 Moto Metal Wheels warrants to the original retail purchaser that wheels manufactured by Moto Metal Wheels will be free from structural defects under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Moto Metal Wheels also warrants to the original retail purchaser that its wheels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use, including chrome plating, for one year from the original date of purchase. Moto Metal Wheels agrees to repair, or at Moto Metal Wheels option, replace without charge (excluding freight), any wheel that in Moto Metal Wheels opinion is defective in material and workmanship. Wheel accessories that are defective in material or workmanship will be repaired by shipping replacement parts to the original selling dealer or distributor for installation. This Warranty shall not apply to: Wheels that have been damaged in transit or off highway use or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
