The forms on this page are for Alaska Dog & Puppy Volunteers. If you are interested in adopting a dog or puppy, you must call the foster home or attend one of the Saturday clinics. At that time, once you have met the dog or puppy you wish to adopt, then you can fill out a questionnaire form and the appropriate adoption form.
NOTICE: As of 9/8/2008, you MUST be 21 years or older to adopt a dog or puppy from Alaska Dog & Puppy Rescue.
If you wish to volunteer you will need to go to one of the Saturday clinics and fill out a volunteer form. A volunteer at the clinic can give you more information about volunteering.
If you wish to be a foster home you will need to go to one of the Saturday clinics and fill out a foster home form. Then the foster home coordinator will give you a call. Eventually the foster home form will be online and you will be able to fill it out and email it to us.

We are always in need of foster homes for dogs, puppies or pregnant dogs. Or if you are interested in making a donation we are always in need of dog toys, treats, blankets, playpens, dog runs, dog houses, collars, bowls, paper towels, airline kennels, any dog related items or money! If you have any free time to spare we are always in need of Volunteers for odd jobs; transporting dogs, helping at adoption clinics, training dogs, or just socializing the dogs and puppies.
