We rescue dogs and puppies every week so keep checking back for your forever friend or come meet our dogs and puppies at one of our adoption clinics on Saturdays. We are at Petco South off Old Seward/Dimond in Anchorage every Saturday, at Petco North in Mt. View (usually the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month), at Pet Zoo in Eagle River (usually the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month), and in the Valley at our ADPR office every Saturday from 11-4 every Saturday. All of our rescued dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, started on shots or are current on shots, and wormed at least once. When you adopt your new family member, all you need to do is take the medical record to your vet and the vet will help you keep your dog current on shots and healthy!!

Ember is a very sweet 4 mo. old Chesapeake mix. She has learned to sit, sit up and is learning to stay and shake. Her house training is not perfect but she's getting better. She is great in a kennel. We are working on leash training. Ember is still pup, so she jumps on and chews on anyone who will let her. She might be too mouthy for small kids right now but can be broken of that habit. With other dogs, she is protective of her food. She loves to play all day with other dogs or people but her favorite thing is to sit on a lap and be petted. Sadie is listed as a 5-year old Lab/Bulldog mix. She is a great dog, house broken, good with other dogs but too much for small animals and small children. She has some manners but does not walk on a leash well. She really is a sweet girl and desperately needs to find her forever home. Scruffy is an almost 2 year old border terrier mix. She does well with other dogs and she is house trained. Loves the dog park and does well off leash there, she comes when called. We are working on basic obedience which she is catching onto. For more information call Jesslyn at 764-4537. |

On average, our adoption fees are $160.00 for pups 4 months and under, adult dogs are $120.00 and small breed dogs are $200.00 (CASH ONLY) these fees cover the cost of spay/neuter, micro-chipping and care for our rescued dogs and puppies.
YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ADOPT A DOG OR PUPPY.
