We do require that all our adopted dogs be spayed or neutered. You will have to pay for the vaccinations, microchip and registration if you live within Houston City limits. You will need to show proof of spaying or neutering in the case of a young animal before 6 months of age. STOP has coupons for a discount on spaying or neutering your animals.
