Transfer Benches are the next step in assistance. These products are most helpful for people with extremely reduced mobility. They are height adjustable like the bath seats, but provide an extra level of security. These products allow the user to sit down prior to entering the tub/shower. The user then enters by way of sliding over and lifting each leg over the tub rail. This is a great improvement over trying to step over, then sit down.
