INTERNAL QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM
This is a "Do-it yourself" internal procedural audit program designed for the principal of the agency or designee to maintain a continual in-house quality control audit program of underwriting and claims files and to monitor adherence to established written procedures by all personnel in the agency. This Quality Control Program can be utilized two ways. (A). The agency purchases the program and conducts an audit of its operations. (B). The agency purchases the program and conducts the audit and then sends the results into Alpine for one of their analysts to review and make comments and recommendations. Two copies of the analyst's report are sent back to the agency with the suggestion that one of them be sent to the agency's E&O underwriter to show the underwriter that the agency is practicing loss control procedures to reduce its exposure to a potential errors and omissions claim.
COST:
Quality Control Program - A = $ 90.00
Sent to you on a CD ROM in MS Word so you can print as many copies as you need.
Quality Control Program - B = $200.00
Send us a completed copy, retaining the original and we will analyze it and return recommendations to you.
