E & O PROCEDURAL ANALYSIS REVIEW
The E & O Procedural Analysis Review (PAR) is a comprehensive, in-depth risk management and procedural review and analysis of your agency's operations. It is a hands-on, on-site review conducted by experienced errors and omissions risk management specialists who gather information from management and staff. A comprehensive review questionnaire is used along with personal and confidential interviews of management and staff. In addition, files are reviewed for neatness, adherence to procedures, anomalies and other potential problems. Consistent and effective use of automation systems and technology is also explored with regard to E & O exposure.

The object is to help you reduce your potential exposure to a costly errors and omissions claim through establishing a consistent and standardized quality control program. Such reviews take from 2-3 days per office.

Upon completion of the PAR, a detailed, comprehensive report is written, including RECOMMENDATIONS for procedural changes. You receive two copies of the report with the recommendation that you send one to your errors and omissions underwriter.
INTERNAL PROCESSING ANALYSIS
The Internal Processing Analysis (IPA) is a complete anlaysis designed for smaller agencies. Similarly as with the PAR, a carefully designed questionnarie is used along with confidential interviews and also includes a file review. The IPA provides an excellent picture of the agency's adherence to procedures and provides suggestions for improvement.

An analyst from Alpine will be in your office from 1 - 2 days with subsequent write up of the report off site.
SEMINARS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION
For over 12 years, Alpine has put on continuing education seminars on errors and omissions risk management. This has been done for and in association with state and local Big-I and PIA associations. The seminars have been written as 4 hour and 7 hour seminars. Some major E & O carriers have offered premium discounts if a certain number of personnel from an agency attended. Alpine has had seminars accredited in various states including CA, HI, ID, NV, WA and can usually get them accredited in your state if it has a continuing education requirement. E-mail Alpinerisk if you have questions or other inquiries. Cost is dependent upon numbers of attendees plus expenses.
PREMIUM DISCOUNTS!
Many E & O carriers will offer premium discounts if you have completed an Alpine Review. Call your underwriter to inquire.
