I was born in 1952 in Abilene, TX and was raised in a preacher's home. I graduated from High School in Snyder, TX , I married my wife Janet in 1971 and graduated from Bible College in Springfield, Missouri in 1978 We have 3 children . J.D who works in law enforcement , Holly who works in the medical field , and Janell. We have also been blessed with 8 grandchildren. My family and I came to Amarillo in 1981 and assumed the Pastorate of Grace Baptist Church. After 5 years of ministry, the Grace Baptist Church was able to relocate to our present location on Arden Road and change the name of the church. The growth and ministry that have been accomplished since 1981 testifies to the grace and blessings of our Lord.
