MEASURING GUIDELINES

Please do not measure yourself! It is best to go to a bridal shop for measurements or have someone help you measure. These gowns run small and it is very normal to order one or two sizes larger than your normal clothing size.

Accurate measurements are very important. To measure your bust, make sure you have a regular bra on, it does make a difference. Measure around the fullest part of your bust not under your bust line.

To measure your waist, measure the most narrow part of your torso. This is usually near your belly button. Please don't measure where you wear your jeans.

To measure your hips, place the tape around the biggest part of your bottom. The hip measurement is very important if the gown is straight.

Gowns are not cut to your specific measurements. It is always better to have a dress that is too big rather than one that is too small.

If you are over 5' 8" tall, you will require extra length which is an additional charge.

Any dress over a size 18 is an additional charge.

We are not responsible for weight loss, gain or pregnancy or the accuracy of measurements not taken by our shop.

Our bridal consultants will select your size based on the measurements that you provide and according to charts furnished by the manufacturer. These dresses run small. It is better to err on the large size than small. We can't return the dress if it is too small. It can be altered if it is too large. If you understand the risk and would still like to request a specific size, you may do so now.

By selecting a size you are taking FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the fit and you understand that we cannot return the gown to the manufacturer under any circumstances.

All sales are final! Payments are not refundable. No returns or exchanges can be made. Once a payment is made, you are legally liable for the balance. We are not willing or able to able to assume financial responsibility for changes in you or the the bride's personal situation!

We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss/gain or pregnancy. The dress size ordered is the responsibility of the customer. This gown is not custom made to your measurements and alterations are almost always needed.

Bridesmaid dress orders will not be placed with the manufacturer until all the bridesmaids in the party have placed their order. The earliest estimated shipping date for any special order is 10 to 15 weeks unless otherwise noted. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED SHIPPING DATE. It is an estimated shipping date provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays that occur outside of our control. (i.e. manufacturer, shipping, customs delays, natural disasters, etc) or dye lot variations. All merchandise is shipped via ground delivery unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer.

The bride will be notified upon delivery of your merchandise. Merchandise MUST be paid for in full within 10 days after we notify the bride that it has been received. Items not paid for will result in collection/legal charges that will be added to the balance due. Items left in our store 30 days past the original wear date will become the property of Aurora Unique Bridal Boutique and you will be liable for all balances due.
