T HE ORIGINAL STRUCTURE OF Benchmark Potato Packing warehouse was built in the 1930's. While it may not be as big as some other places, Benchmark is truly a quality facility. It has been designed to assure quality throughout the entire packing process, from sorting to distribution.
Inside our facility we have excellent equipment for sorting and sizing the potatoes. However, we do not rely entirely on machines to sort the potatoes. A crew of very well trained people perform the final sort on the potatoes by hand. This insures that the final production will be a top quality product.
