ANCHORLIFT WINDLASSES MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Anchorlift windlasses are made with materials of the highest quality and provides a five ( 5 ) year warranty* on all windlass- models and accessories. If the windlass fail to perform or
parts break, they will
be repaired or replaced within five ( 5 ) years of purchase.*
The windlass is not to be used to haul the seabed to the boat, or drag
the boat to the anchor. The proper way is motoring up to the anchor,
and use the boat to " break" loose the anchor.
If the boat is heavy for it`s size or is commercially used, please
go up a size when choosing a windlass.
The warranty
covers all parts that are found to be defective.
The faulty parts shall be replaced free of
charge by Anchorlift. The purchaser shall be responsible for any costs incurred to remove and
re install equipment. The purchaser must ship the broken items pre paid. Anchorlift will not
accept to pay for any postal packages.
The warranty does not apply to products that were damaged due to negligence, wrong
connections and in proper installations or use of the windlass other than specified
by Anchorlift.
The warranty shall be voided if the equipment is altered or repaired by unqualified personnel.
Anchorlift shall not be responsible for any damages caused by the broken part,
nor replace the whole equipment.
The warranty does not cover water damage
to the gear / motor.
Natural wear & tear of the windlass or other parts such as rope / chain combos is not
covered by the warranty.
5 year warranty does not include rope / chain combinations
