Instructions
Before use, tie a line through the small loop on the end of the Anchor Rescue. Position your boat above your stuck anchor. Thread the Anchor Rescue over the end of the anchor line or chain. Hold your anchor line taut and let Anchor Rescue slide freely all the way down to the anchor.

The Anchor Rescue will ease over the shackle and drop to the end of the anchor shank. (Figure 1)

Slacken the anchor chain or line. Reposition your boat in the opposite direction of the pull of the anchor (minimum ratio of 5:1). Pull on the Anchor Rescue line and your anchor will be released. (Figure 2)
