I am a BIAS Believer. The City of Leavenworth converted to BIAS in 2007with a full implementation within 45 days.
I particularly like the training classes for "New Users," Treasures, Annual Reports and of course the Annual BIAS Conference. BIAS Report options are easy to generate for review, and submitting the Annual Report is a breeze.
