Gold Bar, WA, May 20, 2008, Gold Bar is a city in Snohomish County, WA with a population of 2175. It started as a prospectors camp in 1889; named by a miner who found traces of gold on a river gravel bar! At one time Gold Bar was a construction camp for the Great Northern Railroad. Gold Bar is adjacent to Wallace Falls State Park and was officially incorporated September 16, 1910.
Gold Bar became an official BIAS Accounting Software Client when they signed their contract May 20, 2008. Implementation began shortly thereafter. Laura Kelly is City Clerk/Treasurer of Gold Bar. She could not be happier with her choice of BIAS Accounting Software. Laura is quickly mastering the BIAS System. She appreciates it is truly Windows based and very user-friendly.
