I am a BIAS Believer. The City of Leavenworth converted to BIAS in 2007with a full implementation within 45 days.

I particularly like the training classes for "New Users," Treasures, Annual Reports and of course the Annual BIAS Conference. BIAS Report options are easy to generate for review, and submitting the Annual Report is a breeze. I would recommend BIAS Software for any city or town in WA State that is looking for a new software provider that is upbeat, innovative, and attentive to ongoing changes in legislation and individual City needs.
