Dispute Resolution
At Natasha L. Blackshear & Associates, we are problem solvers, who are proactive in emphasizing the taking of measures (primarily through the execution of contracts) that will prevent the need for litigation. Our experience spans a comprehensive range of disputes, including disputes involving patents and other intellectual property, real estate, product liability and other torts, contracts, corporate and commercial matters. When possible, in order to ensure our clients have quick, cost-effective and satisfying dispute resolutions (often finding win-win solutions), we employ alternative dispute resolution tools, including mediation and arbitration. However, when such alternative tools are not appropriate, we zealously litigate on behalf of our clients, often doing so in affiliation with law firms that specialize in litigation.
