At Natasha L. Blackshear & Associates, PLC, we use our years of real estate legal experience to assist our clients within all aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing; affordable housing development; low-income housing tax credits; and leasing. 

Acquistions, Dispositions and Financing
We represent developers, banks, corporations, governmental entities and others in the acquisition, development and disposition of residential and commercial real estate across the country.  In addition, we assist developers, investors and other property owners in the financing and refinancing of their real estate.

Affordable Housing Development
With particular expertise in the low-income housing tax credit area, we represent corporate investors in a substantial number of tax credit transactions involving significant equity investments.  Our services include the review, negotiation, and drafting of partnership agreements, development agreements, equity investment offerings, and syndication documentation.  We also assist with sponsor-developer capacity issues and underlying real estate issues.

Leasing
We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial real estate properties.
