Experience:

Dennis Núñez joined Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan in September 2009 after he had joined Natasha L. Blackshear & Associates, PLC as a Member in March of 2009.  Dennis is a registered patent attorney and has over four years of experience in intellectual property law including patent and trademark prosecution, IP infringement opinions, IP management, copyright law, trade secrets, technology licensing agreements, and IP litigation. 

 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Núñez worked as an IP attorney for three years at a major intellectual property law firm in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was responsible for the IP matters of several major corporate clients in the Nashville area.  Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Núñez worked as an electrical engineer in Huntsville, Alabama designing software for electromagnetic models of military radar systems.

  • J.D. 2005, Chicago-Kent College of Law, (Graduated with Honors and a certificate of specialization in intellectual property law)
