  • STATE YOUR GOALS “OUT LOUD” EACH MORNING AND EACH EVENING

 

  • PLAN YOUR FOOD ON SUNDAY FOR THE WHOLE WEEK SO YOU WILL BE PREPARED

 

  • CARRY “JUST IN CASE” FOOD IN YOUR CAR

 

  • TELL OTHER FRIENDS AND CLIENTS ABOUT YOUR GOALS SO THEY CAN HELP SUPPORT YOUR WONDERFUL EFFORTS

 

  • EAT 6 HEALTHY, SMALL MEALS EACH DAY TO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM

 

  • DO YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH TO PROMOTE MORE FAT BURNING

 

  • MAKE EACH OF YOUR WORKOUTS A TOP PRIORITY FOR YOUR DAY – THIS IS FOR YOU, NO ONE ELSE 

 

  • BEING HEALTHY WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY AND HELP YOU LIVE LONGER – WHAT COULD BE A BETTER PRIORITY THAN THAT?????????

 

  • IF YOU “MESS UP” AT A MEAL, DON’T WORRY, JUST START CLEAN AT THE NEXT MEAL

 

  • EAT THINGS THAT YOU ENJOY THAT ARE HEALTHY, DON’T FORCE FOOD YOU DON’T LIKE

 

  • TREAT YOURSELF TO YOUR FAVORITE FOODS, OCCASIONALLY

 

  • FOCUS ON EACH DAY, NOT ON EACH WEEK

 

  • ASK RHONDA WHEN YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS

 

  • ONLY WEIGH YOURSELF 1 TIME EVERY 2 WEEKS

 

  • MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT

 

  • 1 POUND OF FAT TAKES UP MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF SPACE AS 1 POUND OF MUSCLE!
