Mediation is a confidential settlement process which the Law Offices of Brandt & Dehncke, PLLC, is able to assist you with. Susan Dehncke is a trained mediator who acts as an impartial person to help people resolve conflict and make practical, informed decisions to resolve issues in their cases.
Susan Dehncke offers Mediation Services
Mediation is appropriate for divorce cases, custody disputes, property disputes, disputes between neighbors and disputes between employers and employees. Mediation is a voluntary process. The Parties work together in an attempt to create an agreement that both sides are able to live with. The mediator acts as a facilitator to promote discussion and generate creative solutions for resolving the problems. If an agreement is not reached, Court resolution always remains an option.
