Easy to follow directions: For each 12 oz. bag of Jambalaya mix use approximately 1 1/2 pounds of your choice of meat.(I always like sausage and chicken) In 2 quart pan add 3 large tablespoons of cooking oil frying the meat down until cooked. Add package of Cajun Jambalaya mix with 3 cups of cold water and stir. Cook this mixture until it comes to a rolling boil, stir once, lower fire to 3 and cover. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Note: If using a rice cooker add 2 3/4 cups of cold water.
