Cardiotech Ultrasound School ("Cardiotech") offers training in several areas of medical technology. As part of the admissions process, all candidates are required to take a pre-admission basic math assessment test. The test is typically given at the school. However, to expedite the admissions process, this test is now available from our website.
The online test facility is offered under the following terms and conditions:

The candidate vouches that he or she is taking the test without the assistance of any other person.

The candidate agrees that the school reserves the right to require the candidate to retake the test on-site, at the school, solely at Cardiotech's determination, before the admissions process may be completed.

The candidate agrees not copy or distribute the test, or to cause the test to be copied or distributed, in whole or in part, to any other party.

The candidated agrees that, if he or she is admitted to the school, should it thereafter be determined that the candidate had caused the test to be distributed or copied, Cardiotech reserves the right to terminate the candidate's student status at Cardiotech's discretion.

Cardiotech reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and solely at its discretion.
