Unless otherwise noted, School Board meetings are usually held on the third Thursday of the month and begin at 6:30 p.m.

CATHOLIC OF POINTE COUPEE APPEALS PROCESS
|
|
|
Catholic of Pointe Coupee has established an appeals process whereby parents may request a review of any decision that parents feel are in violation of either local or diocesan policy. The ascending order of authorities to whom an appeal may be made is as follows: teacher, principal, Appeals Committee (local appeals form must be obtained from the principal and be submitted within 5 working days of the incident that resulted in the grievance), Resident Pastor (upon recommendation of Appeals Committee) and the Diocesan School Board (diocesan appeals form must be submitted to the Diocese within 10 days of the final decision at the local level). The Appeals Committee will consist of the following members: 2 school board members appointed by the School Board, 2 at large members appointed by the School Board and the School Counselor.
