When people that are listed in my EZ Directory click on the icon for Directions to a business, it says please type in the state abbreviations. How can I fix this problem?

Also, when they type in a business with an apostrophe, the business never comes up. For example, John's Repair Shop or D'Arcy Motors. I appreciate your quick response?
