I never knew how to cook fresh asparagus until I came across this recipe which is GREAT!!

1 1/2 lbs. asparagus
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven 400 degrees.
Rinse, snap off tough ends, and pat dry asparagus.
Line a jello roll pan with aluminum foil.
Spread asparagus out in pan in single layer.
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Shake pan to distribute seasoning.
Bake until asparagus are tender and lightly crisped (about 15 minutes).
Shake pan once or twice during baking time. ENJOY!!!
