I would like to know if there is any recipes that anyone would like to share. I've been on the diet for about 8 weeks. I've been eating the same ol thing for eight weeks. Please help. I'm trying to stay on it but it is hard when you eat the same ol thing. Thank you lots.

Take some chicken legs and sprinkle Italian Seasoning and Lawry's seasoning salt on them. Bake in the oven until done. They're delicious!

What are the "same ol' things" you're eating?

I try varying what I eat a lot! I eat Chicken wings (hot wings), Chili Rellanos, Green Chile, Different homemade soups, Grilled Pork Chops, Waffles, Zucchini Bread, you name it. All kinds of great stuff! I have NEVER been able to eat like this on a diet! Like they say though, it's not a diet, it's a life change!

I make green chili soup with cut up pork and green chili's, some onion, a little bit of tomato, mexican seasoning, garlic, water, and beef bouillon cubes. You can add some jalapenos if you want it a little spicy. I also make a pork cabbage soup with cut up pork, cabbage, canned mushrooms, beef bouillon, a little bit of tomato, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. I make a nice steak soup with cut up steak, green, red, and orange peppers, onion, garlic and beef broth or beef bouillon and water.

All are delicious. Start off by browning the meat and onion (and peppers for the steak soup) in some light olive oil. Then add all the rest and let it simmer for a couple of hours. I don't even measure out ingredients, I just throw as much in as I want until it all looks good and tastes good to me.

I make a lot of my meats on the grill since I love the flavor it gives. I never get tired of that! Try making some deviled eggs, celery and cream cheese, chicken salad with mayo, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Just add in as much variety as you can. I have to get pretty creative sometimes.

Take asparagus wrap it in prosciutto that you have smeared with goat cheese ... seasoned cream cheese or alouette cheese ...(steam the asparagus part way first) Then roll them up and put on a cookie sheet bake in a hot oven (375)

stick these in the oven till the ham gets a little crispy ... I can eat them for a meal all by them selves !!!

mm mmm good

One of our favorite breakfasts is scrambled eggs with cream cheese mixed in. Add the cheese after the eggs are almost finished cooking. Taste really great and one of our local rest. charges $7.95 for this breakfast and it only comes with 1 slice of toast! Add a lo carb bagel or slice of lo carb toast and it is heaven.
