I love to make chicken spaghetti, but the cream of mushroom & cream of chiken soups that I use are high in carbs. Need a recipe that would substiute for the creams.

Also, years ago I was told the Suzanne Sommers. Had created a recipe with substitutions like spinache and something (tofu??). And put it in a bread maker, and made a bread sustitute low in carbs. Anybody know about it or about any substitutes
