any one on hormones and lexipro have success with this diet, i have lost 0 in 12 days, hubby has lost 12. I am the one doing all the work!

I am not taking hormones, but I am taking Lexapro. I have lost 10 lbs, but it has taken me about 3 months. Anti-depressants do inhibit weight loss. Try to exercise an extra day, that should help. Stick with it. This diet is great, it's just some of us have a higher level of resistance when it comes to weight loss!!!
