Do we need them to pay an additional $25? I would like to see how much of the maintenance fee collected was used on maintenance. It should be accounted for separately since it was a specific payment and if we didn't use all of it, I would say non paying members don't need to pay it. |

| Hey everyone! The maintenance fee is being accounted for separately. It was also charged last year and will continue to be charged to all members who aren’t required to pay the full membership fee. It provides us with a separate fund that is not used for utilities, events, etc… |
