Create an Input Data Sequence:

Preamble, Frame Sync, Pattern and Padding -> Scrambler, RLL, Precoder

Pattern creation is straightforward. Specify the preamble, frame sync, data pattern and/or pad. You may define the pattern from a file, manually enter 1s and 0s (or hex), get a random sequence of equally likely 1s and 0s, or specify a pseudo-random binary sequence generator.
A user-specified scrambler/descrambler is available, as are select RLL encoder/decoders. Experimentation with precoders, including initial condition settings, is fully supported. The result of each operation is clearly displayed in time- and frequency-domain plots.
An optional screen for servo pattern generation is also available.
