Chippewa Valley Cheese was founded by a group of over 50 family dairy farms located across the State of Wisconsin. As small dairy operators, they were concerned with the low prices they received for their milk and the quality of cheese being produced. Chippewa Valley Cheese is dedicated to making the best quality "Natural Line" of cheeses the old fashioned way.
