Countryside Care Center, consists of a 79 bed, skilled, Medicare/Medicaid certified nursing unit and a licensed Home for the Aged. This award-winning facility provides basic nursing services, meals, laundry and assistance with daily living needs.

The Care Center has many services available to meet the numerous needs of our residents. Besides the high quality, 24 hour care staff, there is on-site physical, occupational, speech and therapeutic massage therapy, optical, dental and podiatry services available. A registered dietitian oversees all nutritional requirements. Our highly energetic activity department keeps residents young and happy.
The Care Center has several resident pets so residents can enjoy companionship as well as help care for them. Annual events include; a chili cook-off, raising ducklings in the spring, a celebration for the 4th of July, summer picnics and Casino Night. Additionally, each week is filled with opportunities to listen to live music, reminisce and play games.
