Countryside Villas were developed for adults over 50. It is the perfect setting for independent lifestyles. Because of community member's active schedules, we have designed the Villas to give optimum security and affordability, leaving the maintenance up to us. At the same time, full health services are available to those who need them. Our Villa members are welcome to participate in all campus activities. Our community member services are available to them, including meals, housekeeping and laundry services.

Developed in various locations throughout our beautiful campus, our Villas offer the 50 and over adult the perfect setting for an independent lifestyle. Developed in wooded and sunny areas, community members can choose their favorite setting, with the option of an east, west or north villa, with one and two bedroom floor plans ranging from 900 to 2000 square feet and one or two car garages. Villa living requires no large upfront investment, just simple monthly rent. And all of our community members have priority access to our other levels of housing and care should the need arise.
