All cardio machines come equipped with LCD technology for viewing of your favorite cable TV shows. Additionally, a 30-minute circuit training option, previously enjoyed by women only, is also available to provide a quick total body workout. Personal trainers are available for scheduling if you would like to add a little more direction to your fitness plan.
