Ah, spring is here. Spring promises new beginnings and renewed spirit. Spring is Easter. Spring is daffodils. Spring is cleansing rain. Spring is robins and green grass. Spring is cleaning. (Sorry to knock you out of your reverie, but.....)
We're spring cleaning, too. We're not just cleaning up, we're cleaning out. Since Judy's leaving at the end of May, we have to clean to get ready for her move. She wants to take some stuff (after all, she's been here for 15 years) and wants to sell some stuff. Read about the Spring Fling and the Model Sales

Model sales happen so rarely, you'll want to be here for this one. Beginning April 1 and running through the month, we'll be selling some of our beloved models. It's difficult for us to part with some of these; however, we know you'll make a nice home for them. Enjoy a wide variety of models from holiday and seasonal to every day pieces. First come first served.

Join us on April 17 and 18 for our Spring Fling Sale. This sale is when we're really cleaning out. Need a Christmas tree? We'll have it. Need seasonal decorations? We'll have them. We're cleaning out our storage and selling the good stuff to you. We'll also feature some great charts, fabrics, threads, and other stitching items.

Lizzie*Kate's newest designs are great. "It's a Boy Thing" is really cute, especially for little boys. Her new Giggle Box says, "Cinderella is proof a new pair of shoes can change your life." We agree! Most importantly, the final three charts for her "Boo Club" series are here. These are cute, cute, cute.

We have two of Just Nan's newest. "Harmony" is a seasonal design that comes with the gorgeous silk threads from The Thread Gatherer, and the beads and charms. This piece is the quintessential Just Nan piece.
Also from her, "Dew Drop" is a cute bunny nestled amid flowers and Easter eggs. The bunny is so cute, you might want him up all spring and summer.

Little House Needleworks, one of our absolute favorites, has some newbies, too. "Sunflower Inn" and "State Fair" are wonderful signs of summer. We love the "Traveling Stitcher" chart. This is a delightful project keeper design.

Our absolute favorite new designs come from Rosewood Manor. And, our absolute favorite of Rosewood's designs is "Willkommen." The birds and soft colors in this piece are exquisite. This will make a perfect entryway piece in any home. Also by Rosewood Manor are "Gathering Flowers" and "Flowers, Plants & Fishes." Her designs are beautiful, and these are no exception.
There's a lot more new stuff in the store, including new 36 and 40 count fabrics from Lakeside Linens and Picture This Plus. New frame mouldings are in. And, Sarah's been whipping up some new models. Come in, enjoy, and get some inspiration.

April's fabric is from Zweigert. It's 28ct Opal Yellow linen. It is lovely and perfect for this time of year. A fat 1/4 yard is $18.50 and a fat 1/8 yard is $9.25.

Classes? What classes? Let's see....Judy is moving from West Salem to La Crosse, and closing on her condo in Hudson. She's planning a graduation party for her daughters. Sarah is buying Judy's share of the business. Sarah's daughter is moving to Madison. Sarah's mom is having surgery and will probably be moving in with Sarah for a while. So....
