In the Beginner Bead Making class you will learn how to melt glass in a torch to make beautiful beads for your own jewelry creations.

You will learn the basics: how to get a good bead shape, pulling a stringer so that you can decorate your beads, using frit to decorate your beads and more.

Safety will be covered. Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes made of natural fiber.

Class fee can be used as credit towards purchase of a Beginning Bead Making Kit, which includes:

A "Hot Head" torch
10 1/8" stainless steel mandrels
Bead rake
Grooved marver plate
Rod scrubber
Hotline Air-Dri (tm) release
Heat resistant work board
