Dive Industry Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to us are deductible under section 170 of the Code. Dive Industry Foundation is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.
Donations made to Dive Industry Foundation go to promoting economic development of the watersports industry. We conduct primary industry research and conduct low cost and no cost business seminars and workshops to help small business owners become more professional, productive and effective in serving the needs of their customers, the watersports enthusiast.
