The Dive Industry Foundation is a Non-Profit, Tax Exempt, Educational, Charitable Foundation dedicated to promoting economic development in the watersports small business community. Dive Industry Foundation is exempt from Federal income tax under section IRS 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our Mission is to work with small business owners in the water sports industry to help them become more professional, productive and effective at serving the needs of their customers, the water sports enthusiast. We offer no cost and low cost business educational seminars and workshops to make small business owners more competitive and effective. Our goal is to make the water sports industry everything it is capable of being, and presenting a positive image to the general public.
Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the code and we are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. See our "Donations" page.
