Back Orders
Every effort is made to ship orders complete. Customers will be notified via email in the event of a backorder.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be emailed to liliana@downtowndancewear.com before 4:00PM EST on the current business day. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Please call customer service at 978-441-0575 for more information.

Discounts (where applicable) will be given at the time of order processing.
Special Orders
Full pre-payment is required on all special orders. Dependant upon availability, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing & shipping. If an item is permanently unavailable, we will contact you via email and refund your purchase, otherwise special orders are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns
Returns for online items can be made within 30 days of shipment, unused, with tags attached, for exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Items purchased online can be returned in our store or sent directly to:
