Official Synopsis:
In the story, insurance investigator Laura Pendleton (Jameson) is hot on the tail of a seductively slippery cat burglar who steals the most fabulous diamonds in the world. Through hypnosis, Laura is transformed into the very woman she is tracking and discovers that she, herself, is a sexual adventuress and criminal at heart! Along with Jenna, the 10 karat cast includes Dru Barrymore, Aurora Snow, Kendall Karlson and Ashley Moore with Justin Sterling, Randy Spears, Dale Dabone and Dillon Day.
Our Take:
We don’t usually review adult movies here at DVD Snapshot, but Jenna Loves Diamonds came across my desk and I promised the studio I’d review it, so here goes. I was under the impression that Jenna Jameson had retired from adult films, but it turns out that’s not the case. So what I thought was an independent film starring Ms. Jameson turned out to be exactly what you would think it is.
The “storyline” in Jenna Loves Diamonds is something to do with some stolen jewels and some sort of a cat burglar. Not surprising, plot isn’t really a driving force here, although the movie put a little more effort into it than you would usually see, it seems. Production values seem fairly high, and for the most part, Jenna Loves Diamonds seems to include everything an adult film should, even if there isn’t much variety.
The disc includes a few extra features, including:
* Extra Scenes – About 30 minutes worth of additional footage.
* Behind the Scenes Photos.
* Photo Gallery.
* Trailers.
Jenna Loves Diamonds runs about an hour and a half and will probably please the crowd its setting out to please. Fans of Jenna Jameson may be dismayed that, aside from all the “story” segments, she only appears in one scene, but there’s another scene with an actress who looks amazingly like her, so I guess that’s a bonus.
