Body Rolling

Body Rolling is a technique of self massage using a ball specifically designed for the practice.  Body Rolling consists of a series of routines to stretch muscles, freeing restrictions in all parts of the body.  All routines are designed to give you noticeable results from the very first session. You will feel relaxed and energized.
