Q:  How do I get started?
A:
Call Evolve Pilates & Fitness Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm to make an appointment for your first session. If you get our answering machine, we will return your call the same day.
You may also email us at info@evolvepilates.com If you have friends that would like to take Pilates we can start you together as a group.

Q:  What does it cost?
A:
Please call for more detail or see our rates here.

Q:  What should I wear?
A:
You should wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement; clothing should not be too loose. Many exercises are performed on your back, making loose shorts inappropriate. Pilates is usually performed in bare feet- but you may wear your socks if you wish.
